Refund Policy
1. Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle and are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Access remains active until that period ends.
3. Promotional Discounts
Promotional, early-access, founding-member, private-beta, public-beta, or other limited discounts are not redeemable for cash, are not refundable, and are not transferable. Unless BTN states otherwise in writing, discounts apply only while the eligible paid subscription remains continuously active.
If your subscription is cancelled, expires, is revoked, payment fails, or otherwise ends, the discount may not be available on a future subscription.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@thinkincycles.com. We will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
5. Exceptional Refunds
We may offer full or partial refunds at our sole discretion for service-impacting incidents, billing mistakes, or other exceptional cases. Nothing in this policy creates an entitlement to a refund except where required by law.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
7. General
If any part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. BTN's failure to enforce any part of this Refund Policy is not a waiver of its rights.
