Refund Policy
1. Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle and are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Access remains active until that period ends.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@thinkincycles.com. We will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
4. Exceptional Refunds
We may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion for service-impacting incidents, billing mistakes, or other exceptional cases.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
